Obama and Pelosi Misrepresent
True Obamacare Cost by 300%

There is no lie too big for President Obama and congressional Democrats when it comes to Obamacare.

Remember how the President and Pelosi fussed and fudged with Obamacare's price-tag until they magically brought the total ten-year damage under that all important $1 trillion benchmark? They emerged from their erasers and calculators to proclaim that, according to the non-partisan Congressional Budget Office (CBO), Obamacare was the steal of the century at a cool $871 billion. As it turns out, they're not even telling Americans half the story.

The President and his allies come to the $871 billion figure by only touting the costs of insuring additional people from 2010 to 2019.

However, according to the CBO, less than 2% of those costs would arrive prior to 2014. So in reality, the first ten years of the bill will be 2014 to 2023 – when the majority of the bill's costs actually kick-in. During this span, Obamacare would cost U.S. taxpayers a whopping $2.5 trillion ($1.8 trillion for insuring additional people and another $700 billion in other costs).

Thus, the real ten-year price tag for Obamacare is nearly 300% more than what Obama and Pelosi claim. The more we learn about Obamacare, the more we see why the President and congressional leaders are so adamant about hiding it from the American people.
